This notice explains how information is handled when you use atyfit.com.au, contact Tina through its links, book a session or order a personalised training program. ATY Fit provides personal training for women in Beveridge VIC 3753.

Contact and bookings
Sessions are booked directly with Tina by phone, text message, Instagram direct message or email. The website does not take bookings itself. When you get in touch, Tina receives the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address or Instagram username, and your message, so she can reply and arrange your training.
Calls and text messages are handled by your phone provider. Instagram messages are handled by Instagram (Meta), and emails through Gmail. Each service applies its own privacy practices.
For questions about how consultation, safety-screening or ongoing training records are handled, contact Tina before sharing detailed health information. Those records are separate from the website usage measurements described below.
Personalised training programs
Program orders start with a questionnaire that opens on a separate page hosted on claude.ai. The questionnaire asks about your goals, training experience, health and equipment so Tina can design your program. That service applies its own privacy practices.
After the questionnaire you pay through Stripe, and Tina emails your program.
Payments
Personal training sessions require no deposit. Pay by cash or PayID on the day, at the start of your session.
Personalised programs are paid through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Payment details are entered there; this website has no card-entry form of its own. Stripe processes checkout information to handle the payment. Read Stripe’s privacy notice for details.
Optional website analytics
Optional website analytics is currently switched off.
Google Analytics is optional. When it is available, it loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It helps Tina understand visits to public pages and clicks on contact links. Clicking a link does not confirm that a call, message or email was sent.
The website sends fixed page names and interaction types. Its analytics events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, booking details and health information. Page URLs sent by this website exclude query strings and fragments. For recognised links from Google Search, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, only the referring website’s domain is included, without a page path or profile name. A recognised Google Business Profile link can include a fixed campaign label to identify visits from that listing; arbitrary campaign values are not sent by the website’s analytics code.
Google Analytics also processes technical information, such as browser and device details, and uses cookies to distinguish visits. The website configures its Google Analytics cookies to expire after 90 days. The analytics setup disables advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation. Your analytics choice
You can browse and contact Tina whether you allow or decline analytics. Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer to change it. Declining stops future website analytics events and clears the website’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google.
Other browsers and devices have separate choices. Clearing browser storage may reset your choice. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page. This control applies to ATY Fit’s optional website analytics, not to the separate services provided by claude.ai, Stripe, Instagram or other social platforms.
Hosting and external services
ChemiCloud hosts this website. A web host receives technical information, such as your IP address and requested pages, to deliver the site and may use access logs to operate and protect the service.
Gmail, Instagram, claude.ai, Stripe and Google Analytics handle information as described above. These providers may process information outside Australia. Their privacy notices describe their own processing, storage and retention practices. Instagram and YouTube apply their own privacy practices when you open the website’s social links.
Questions, corrections and privacy concerns
Email contact.tinaatyabi@gmail.com if you have a privacy question or concern, want to correct information you have supplied, or want to ask about access, deletion or how long it is kept. Include enough detail for Tina to identify the enquiry, booking or order involved, without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
